I can only judge the restaurant: great food, short waiting time, cheap and also something for vegetarians. Gladly again!

Rating refers to the restaurant, not the hotel. We waited> 20 minutes in the outside area until the slightly overwhelmed service staff brought the card upon request and took up the drink order; In between she ran by several times to collect guests. After ordering, it took 40 minutes for my partner's vegetable schnitzel to arrive. With croquettes - there was no more potato salad, only a choice of croquettes or French fries. I waited another 15 minutes for my "Roast Beef with Pepper Cream Sauce". In quotes because it wasn't roast beef but a beef steak. Quite bloody, otherwise ... well mediocre. I counted four green peppercorns in the sauce. Salad standard (beetroot, carrot and celery strips and a little lobed leaf salad in a vinegar-oil sauce). Rather lower price level. As far as appropriate to the food. Not again.

The food can be rated as OK at most. The service is good.

Inexpensive overnight stay, good breakfast, inexpensive food, room clean. The only drawback, the beds are a bit low.

Always delicious food

Had a room facing the street, it was quite loud. Breakfast was very basic. Had to stay overnight due to a car breakdown and was happy to get anything. The place and the region are very popular with holidaymakers and weekend trippers.

The worst restaurant in Ebermannstadt. Totally overstrained staff, it takes ages to order times - and only on request from our part. Result: each table is served only its own not! After 1.5 hours we were told allegedly had been wrongly billed and it was busy. The last 30 minutes was not even an operator to see. Service and customer satisfaction is a disaster here.

Were there on Easter Sunday. 4 operations, were totally overwhelmed. Service or drinking came extremely late. Have ordered an extra dumpling for the child before .. Went not .... Came to the normal main course to .. Very child-friendly and generally very Pampig. Food was totally saline .. Could not really eat. The only excuse was that they have a new cook. Not recommendable

Food was perfectly fine, the waiters on the holiday unfortunately very overwhelmed. The right food was partly only on the second attempt. Prices were reasonable, vegetarian dishes were also shown separately on the holiday card.

Food still very good and digestible. 😊 operations nice, this time first time for a little more sauce 1,50 calculated. I was not so okay.

"Der Posthalter" is a traditional Franconian guest house, which is characterized by its good value for money. What is particularly striking that hir also like to eat Ebermannstädter 👍

At the end of a beautiful, sunny day in the Franconian Switzerland, we returned to the post office in the Ebermannstädter city center, because we had noticed the Schnitzel menu positive. The restaurant is typically Frankish. The landlady still serves and is friendly-rough, but always up for a laugh. On this Sunday evening two tables were free, all other very well occupied. The choice fell on a Schaschlikschnitzel and disappointed no second. The freshly fried onions with combination of the shashlik sauce convinced by taste, really extensive size and very good side salad. The whole thing with Radler for EUR 9.50 WOW! The post office I can really recommend a good conscience and the card has really many other delicious Franconian specialties.

Stayed here in August 2016. The food was tasty and the portions absolutely sufficient. The toilets are very clean! Will definitely come back to eat here when we are in Ebermannstadt! 👍
